The Slippery Slope....

I have been worried because I am on the slippery slope to 30. I mean its like after 25 whoooosh there is 30. I was informed today that I am actually one year younger! My dear Chiro Fran the Man told me due to my changes in health, and regular chiro care I can really just take one year off my age. So I am pleased to say I am still 26! hehe. In all honesty I am the healthiest I have ever been, in the best shape I have ever been, and I am pretty sure the happiest I have ever been. I am enjoying life and I am so thankful that due to Franson family I can be one year younger today, and closer to health than I have ever been. THANK YOU LORD! I mean just look at my pipes!

Arn't they huge? :) But for real I've never had any definition like that before. Thank you Crossfit! (It's actually DIY Crossfit...more on that later)

Ok so here's to me being 26 still and hopefully when I am 30 I'll really only be 23.

Happy Feet.

HAPPY MONDAY! I know usually Mondays are rough, but Hey! its sunny here and tomorrow is my birthday & I get to see Hillsong United!

I know its been a while folks. I know you are all desperately waiting by your computer for another amazing post from your favorite blogger.....or not. You probably haven't even noticed I have been absent. Anyway I am back!!!

It's been officially a week off BC pills. Let's just say I feel like this:

and this:

and Josh can attest to a little bit of this:

My dear Chiro Dr. Ryan put it like this its like wearing your shoes on the wrong feet for 10 years, and then putting them on right. Its gunna hurt, but its the right way to wear them. And I know that in the long run its what is going to make my feet the happiest even if it hurts for the time.

So here's to Happy Feet and getting through the painful stage! I know it will get better. I am doing my best. Lots of water, fish oil, working out, no sugar or grains, and hopefully I can push through. Now that I know what I know I can't go back! And hey maybe I will stop tripping over my self so often now that my shoes are on the right feet! hehe
Have happy day!

Still 25.

I was filling out a form yesterday. It said check what box your age category is.
a. 21-25
b. 26-30

Hold up. How is this fair? As soon as I turn 26 I am ripped out of the young fun 21-25 category and stuck in one all the way up to 30? I just couldn't bring myself to do it. My birthday is in 9 days. I'll stick with the 21-25 as long as I can.

Is that a grey hair?

Oh and I might finally get my license on Tuesday. I am the oldest Permit holder in the world. I better get it before I am in the 26-30 category or they might not even let me drive anymore.

Here's to You Mom

Here's to you mom.
Its your day.
I am so thankful for a mom like you
In every way.

You are not defined by what you can't do now
but what you have done in the past
You are a wonderful mom
and the memories will last.

You have played dress up
and been the neigborhood host.
You have kissed boo boo's
and chased away a Ghost (or wolf gang!)

You made wonderful meals
and snack of the day.
You taught me french
and how to play.

You gave us games
and taught us to use our imaginations.
You told us the sky was the limit
for our dreams and asperations.

You were honest about your mistakes
Trials and failure.
You taught me about Jesus
and that I had a Saviour.

You've given me wisdom
You've been a friend
I know you will stay strong
till the very end.

Happy Birthday to the best mom of all.
Who doesn't give up with a trip or a fall.
Keep fighting hard
I know you can do it.
I know the Lord will see you through it.

Thanks for all you are. I hope your day is great. I love you mom you are one of my best friends. I am so proud of you!
Love your Mandy.
