Bon Voyage!

Well in 11 days we will be headed on a Christmas Cruise! Crazy I know. Now before you start thinking wait? I thought they were starving seminary students? Well we still are. My dad and stepmom are the ones giving us this wonderful trip. The whole family is heading on this cruise! It's going to be interesting that's for sure. I have never been anywhere Tropical for Christmas and I am sure it will feel different. In fact I am just going to pretend its NOT Christmas until we get back! (on the 26th.) Josh and I will have our "Christmas Eve" that night and wake up to our Christmas morning the 27th!

So anyway I am excited it will be great to get away with the family and here are the places we are visiting!
Cayman Islands

Cozumel Mexico

Roatan Honduras

Princess Cays, Bahamas, That's our ship I think!

So maybe I just need to buy a Bathing suit with Santa on it or something! Now I have so much to do in 10 days, register, renew my greencard (just get the paper work in! I am safe to travel still!) Figure out about our car :( We got in an accident on the way home from Boston in the snow Saturday night. It was not fun. We are ok but our car is not! And pack!

What a contrast!

Our view in the Bahamas

What we woke up to on Sunday Morning!

Our time in the Bahamas was amazing! We enjoyed everything! The resort was beautiful and so was the time spent with the girls and each other. One of my favorite parts was going Snorkeling! We saw so much of God's beautiful creation. I felt like we were on planet earth! You know the documentary series (if you have never seen that you must) We saw:

Yes it was quite fun....until we saw:

Our friend Kim had just come back from a semester in Hawaii and informed us what this fish was! (I knew it was called a lion fish but I had no idea it was so deadly!)
Also one of the Bahamian men on the beach said "You touch this.....DEAD!"

Needless to say we swam away from him as fast as we could!
All in all it was an amazing experience and I will never forget it!

The Windy City....

Well first of all I have to say I am a little dissapointed I didn't get any comments on Fasting. I know its not a popular topic but I know some of you have thought about it. I just wanted some opinions. Oh Well...
Well we are off to visit some Seminaries

I am sure that is not what it will look like when we are there but that is Wheaton...I am excited to see it and get a feel for it. We would appriciate your prayers as we seek Gods will and direction for our lives (and provision!)I am excited to see Chicago I have never been there!
